Warranty Terms and Conditions

At Painting Color Pros , we offer a 10-year warranty for interior painting services and a 5-year warranty for exterior painting services, beginning from the date the Customer Feedback form is completed. This warranty covers defects in workmanship, specifically for issues such as peeling or blistering paint.

Eligibility Criteria for Warranty:

To qualify for the warranty, the customer must:

1. 1. Settle the full payment to  Painting Color Pros upon completion of the project, or as otherwise agreed.
2. 2. Submit the completed Customer Feedback form.

If these conditions are met, Painting Color Pros  will provide necessary repairs at no additional charge.

Coverage Under Our Warranty:

Our warranty covers the following:

• • Peeling or blistering paint
• • Work completed as per the original estimate

Exclusions from Our Warranty:

The following items are not covered by our warranty:

• • Horizontal surfaces
• • Cracks in plaster or drywall
• • Paint supplied by the customer
• • Galvanized metal
• • Bleeding knots in wood
• • Fence stains
• • Damage caused by moisture or rust
• • Exterior varnished surfaces
• • Peeling of pre-existing paint layers
• • Nail or screw pops
• • Normal wear and tear from regular use

Additionally, the warranty does not cover:

• • Cracks or tape tears caused by structural movement or shifting of the building
• • Exact matching of paint colors—while we strive for a close match, perfect color duplication is not guaranteed
• • Mildew growth due to moisture accumulation
• • Rotten wood, rust, or deteriorating metals
